Our story
Wellness that meets you at altitude
We founded Altitude Wellness Co. because the mountains deserve more than a spa day. We bring the full spectrum of restorative care directly to your mountain home — so recovery is never an afterthought.
Our mission
Restore. Perform. Thrive.
High altitude is extraordinary — and demanding. Thinner air, lower humidity, and the physical exertion of mountain living place unique stress on the body. Most wellness services aren't designed for it.
Altitude Wellness Co. was built from the ground up for guests and homeowners above 7,000 feet. Every service, every product, and every practitioner on our team is selected with one question in mind: does this work at elevation?
We serve private residences across Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper Mountain, and the Alma & Fairplay area — arriving with everything needed to deliver a world-class wellness experience without you leaving your home.
Discretion
Your home is your sanctuary. Our service providers arrive, deliver exceptional care, and depart — quietly and professionally.
Expertise
Every service provider holds advanced certifications in their discipline and has specific training to optimize your high altitude experience.
Precision
We don't offer generic wellness packages. Each visit is tailored to your body, your goals, and your elevation.
Continuity
Whether you visit seasonally or year-round, your dedicated wellness team maintains your history and preferences.
Our passion and purpose
Why this work matters
Lena Gross

therapeutic massage & Personal training
Lena brings 15 years of therapeutic massage experience, including advanced training in myofascial release and combining movement and manually therapy specific recovery protocols. She is passionate about helping active individuals move through life without limits. Massage therapy is offered for those who value performance and recovery, paired with rehab therapy and personal training built around corrective movement.
Oxygenation at high altitude
At high altitude, the air has fewer oxygen molecules per breath (lower atmospheric pressure), so your blood doesn't saturate with oxygen as easily. Altitude reduces available oxygen ➡️ the body performs and recovers worse ➡️ adding oxygen back in (via cannula) restores what the environment took away.
